Roman Haehn

Dagan Haehn

Managing Director

A resident of northern Johnson County and a graduate of the University of Kansas, Dagan brings more than five years of real estate experience to Circle H. His understanding of project management, market trends, and site selection allows Circle H to act efficiently and effectively on new and existing projects. Specializing in residential development across the Kansas City metro area, Dagan plays a key role in driving projects from concept to completion, ensuring that each development provides long-lasting quality and impact to the community and our homebuilder partners.

Dane Haehn

A graduate of the University of Arkansas, Dane supports Circle H as an Assistant Project Manager, where he assists in managing active land development projects. He plays a role in coordinating with builders and maintaining timelines across multiple residential developments in the Kansas City area. With a background that includes hands-on construction experience and contractor coordination, his combined knowledge of marketing, project operations, and market analysis supports Circle H’s goal of delivering high-quality residential communities.
